Split Loan

Splits your loan into fixed and variable portions — balance and flexibility.

What is Split Loan?

A split loan divides your borrowing into two (or more) portions — typically one fixed and one variable. Gives you repayment certainty on part of the loan while keeping flexibility (offset, extra repayments, free switching) on the other.

Why it matters for you

Split structures work well for borrowers who want some protection against rate rises but still value offset and flexibility. Common splits are 50/50, 70/30 or 80/20. Also useful for debt recycling — keeping a clean investment portion separate from a personal portion.

Free. No pressure. No credit check.
